Sarah Farfalla is a committed and supportive leader with a particular passion for people. Her background is in human resources and she has worked within the retail, telecommunications, logistics and insurance industries. Joining Hexagon in 2014, she commenced her journey with the human resources team and spent five years navigating Hexagon’s technology and engineering history and the challenges of the ever-changing APAC landscape. In the middle of 2019, Sarah's interest in the business led her to take on the challenge of realigning what was an existing account team into the newly established customer experience group, whose core focus is the “voice of customer” within the APAC organisation.
