Being an emergency call center dispatcher is not an easy job. They are the “first” first responders in an emergency event where anything is possible. Keeping callers’ calm, on the line and providing information until help arrives is a critical skill that goes largely unnoticed and unlauded.

Recently the San Jose Mercury News published an article about the hard work and dedication of dispatchers for the City of San Jose, a long-time Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure customer.
