Intergraph Canada: A Busy Month in Public Safety

At Intergraph Canada, we’ve been very busy this month in the public safety and security sector. We’ve made exciting product announcements and attended important industry events. Here are some highlights on what we’ve been up to.

Product Launches

inPURSUIT WebRMS
Intergraph introduced inPURSUIT WebRMS to the global market at the recent HxGN LIVE conference. WebRMS is a flexible, scalable, and configurable cloud-based records management system that integrates with I/CAD and third-party dispatch software. WebRMS serves all facets of law enforcement operations and administration, including incident response, traffic stops, field interviews, casework, investigations, crime analysis, asset and fleet management, human resources, reporting, and analytics. Now, customers can take advantage of even more seamless and bi-directional interface between dispatch and response activities and records management from Intergraph Canada.

I/Map Editor for ArcGIS
Intergraph recently announced a collaboration with Esri to expand geospatial capabilities for public safety agencies. As a result of this collaboration, Intergraph recently unveiled I/Map Editor for ArcGIS, a new product that works directly with Esri’s ArcGIS Platform to migrate geospatial data into Intergraph’s Computer-Aided Dispatch software (I/CAD), creating greater efficiencies for users of both systems. I/Map Editor for ArcGIS is designed to minimize the number of different systems and steps required for ArcGIS users, offering them a one-stop shop for uploading data into their I/CAD system.

Industry Events

Emergency Management Seminars
Recently we held several emergency management seminars in western Canada on our emergency management framework. Under this framework, public safety agencies, infrastructure companies, and government groups had an opportunity to preview new and evolving emergency management technologies, including mobile capabilities for field teams and emergency preparedness. Intergraph Canada introduced its Intergraph Planning and Response (IPR) web-based application to help organizations plan for events, communicate in a multi-agency environment, document tasks and assignments, and conduct post-event analyses. The application was recently used in Germany for the 41st G7 Summit.

ADPQ
Intergraph Canada has been a strong supporter of ADPQ for several years. This year, the Intergraph Canada team was busy demonstrating of our dispatch, mobile, and business intelligence solutions to the Quebec public safety market.

CANSEC
CANSEC is Canada’s largest and most respected defence and intelligence event. Our exhibit space was organized to provide demonstrations of technology that fuse GIS and imagery sensors with software processing power, enabling users to make critical decisions and deliver those insights to their teams. We also demonstrated unmanned aerial system imagery processing workflows using Spatial Modeler. In addition, the team also exhibited a solution that incorporates cameras, alarms, dispatch, and rapid response as a comprehensive security solution for military bases and critical infrastructure properties.
