Regional emergency communications centers across Massachusetts are implementing HxGN OnCall in the cloud for enhanced response and interoperability.
The Southeastern Massachusetts Regional Emergency Communications Center (SEMRECC) is the first in the state to implement HxGN OnCall in the cloud. The ultimate goal of the project is to leverage Hexagon’s next-gen technology to empower enhanced emergency response and interoperability. SEMRECC is leading the project, which includes dozens of regional emergency communications centers statewide.
Explore how other public safety agencies are using HxGN OnCall. North Dakota State Radio covers 26 counties, including more than 300 agencies and two statewide agencies, and as a result, it handles approximately 280,000 calls per year. And down in Florida, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office relies on it as the linchpin of its dispatch operations and real-time intelligence center.
