Gartner is a well-respected IT research firm and consultancy. This year, Hexagon was mentioned as a Sample Vendor in 13 Gartner Hype Cycle reports. Of those, we think eight are aligned with Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division technologies.
What is a Hype Cycle?
As per a Gartner note, “Gartner Hype Cycles provide a graphic representation of the maturity and adoption of technologies and applications, and how they are potentially relevant to solving real business problems and exploiting new opportunities.”*
Hexagon is proud to be mentioned as a Sample Vendor in several Hype Cycles this year, as well as in years past. We believe this recognition validates our commitment to making the world’s critical services and infrastructure more resilient and sustainable.
Overview of Hexagon’s recognition in the 2024 Gartner Hype Cycles
